Again, real quick, I’m Yana.

I am a senior leader with more than a decade of experience in a multi-billion dollar global telco. I’m leading teams that create and sell subscriptions to both consumer and business clients. I know product, sales and marketing (all aspects of it). I’ve run a digital web, content and advertising agency helping more than 300 businesses grow their online sales.

I’m NOT an introvert, but I love the ME-time and I get a lot of it.

I’m not married, no kids, but I live with a loving partner for almost 20 years now, who is a rock star bass guitar player in one of the most famous rock bands in my country.

I live in Eastern Europe, 2 hours away from the sea side.

I’m a manifesting generator.

I’m a Leo.

I love all mindset-related personal growth.

I’m a NLP master practitioner, which stands for neuro-linguistic programming.

I study python programming, AI and vibe coding.

And these days I genuinely live a life that I used to fantasize about years ago, earning more than $5k a month running my paid newsletter business that I sell on autopilot more on that to come just in a bit. Here’s how my Stripe account looks like less than one year after I started:

My Story

A few years ago my life looked completely different. I had only my 9-5, I was burning out serving clients, literally eating my sleeping time, and I had no exit strategy.

I felt helpless. And hopeless.

I had all these skills and knowledge but I had zero clue how to monetize them on the side. And it’s been like that for years. Ever since 2010 I’ve been trying to build a passive income stream online, with questionable success.

Nothing like the one that I’m about to show you.

I’ve tried:

Selling images on image banks like iStockphoto
Selling designs on print on demand marketplaces like Redbubble
Selling coloring, low and no content books on Amazon KDP
Selling dropshipping phone cases with my own designs
Growing a faceless YouTube channel
Selling NFTs with my own design
Growing on social media
Writing on Medium
Affiliate marketing

None of these worked. Not the way I needed it. All of them required from me to invest SO MUCH time that I needed to quit my job to make it work.

A risk I couldn’t take.

So I kept looking for new opportunities.

Back then I couldn’t see the real problem: I needed an audience first.

I listened to “online gurus” telling me to sell courses, do NFTs, be on Amazon, create faceless YouTube channels – all talked about fast and easy cash.

But without an audience, you can’t do anything.

Then AI came to the scene. And I said to myself – this is it! That’s my thing. I love tech. And I love numbers. I could make that work.

So I started with zero knowledge about AI. Even with all of my knowledge, experience and all of the certificates I owned, I felt like a newborn trying to make the first steps into an unknown world.

Which I was.
